Sally is a Senior Associate in Dentons Employment team based in the Wellington office.
She advises clients on a wide range of employment matters including personal grievances, the drafting of employment agreements and organisational policies, restructurings, management of performance, investigations, disciplinary matters and dismissals. She also advises on workplace health and safety matters.
Sally provides pragmatic advice that is tailored to suit client needs. She has assisted organisations to resolve matters through mediation and has appeared as counsel in proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority. Before joining Dentons, Sally worked in-house as the employment lawyer for a large government department.
