Peter was admitted to the bar in 1999 and has had a varied legal career since then. He joined the Auckland office of the Employment Relations Authority in 2021 and brings to his investigation meetings a rich and varied diet of fact-finding experience as a former Public Defence Service lawyer, Disputes Tribunal Referee, Immigration and Protection Tribunal Member, and Visiting Justice.
