Megan has been with Dundas Street Lawyers since its inception in 2013, having previously worked in-house in both central and local government. She has significant experience in all aspects of employment law, and distils complex issues into practical, straightforward advice. Megan has a special interest in pay equity and equal pay and is the recognised subject matter expert in this specialised and complex area of law. She is also an experienced investigator, well versed in undertaking external investigations in an employment context.

Megan’s approach is both practical and academic, providing straightforward advice on all aspects of employment law with the ability to delve more deeply into emerging issues where necessary.
