Katie is a Senior Associate in Dentons Employment team, advising on the full spectrum of employment and health and safety matters.
She started her legal career at Dentons before spending nearly three years in London, where she honed her expertise advising multinational clients across the Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services and Transport sectors. Having returned to Dentons in 2026, she brings with her international experience and a fresh perspective to her practice.
Katie provides strategic and pragmatic advice to clients on a range of people-related issues, including disciplinary and performance matters, personal grievances, restructuring and redeployment, workplace investigations, and workplace health and safety. She has extensive experience in employment litigation, having appeared as legal counsel in mediations, the Employment Relations Authority, the Employment Court and the Health Practitioners’ Disciplinary Tribunal in New Zealand and advising on UK Employment Tribunal claims involving discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
