Georgina is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour team at Dentons’ Auckland office. She has experience working in both New Zealand and London, UK.

Georgina assists clients across various sectors with all aspects of employment law. This includes restructures, personal grievances, discipline for misconduct and poor performance, settlements, complex contractual issues (such as restraints of trade), employment contracts, and policies. She also carries out workplace investigations.

Georgina has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of cross-border issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, termination of employment, and multi-jurisdictional employment projects.

Georgina regularly speaks at conferences and is dedicated to understanding her clients’ needs, and providing commercial and pragmatic advice.
